Shipping Methods: We ship by Canada Post. At Check-out, choose the delivery method you prefer or choose to pick-up in the store (pick-up is always free). Shipping Times: Most orders ship out next business day. You will receive email notification when your order is received and when the order actually ships or is available for pick-up Delivery times depend on where you are located and the delivery methods selected.
Backorders: From time to time there will be situations where a product is on backorder (we work to limit this as much as possible). In this case we will contact you with a few options. 1) We can refund you for the backordered product and ship the remainder of your order or 2) You can replace the backordered product with another product of equal price or 3) We can hold your order until the backordered product comes back in stock.
In the unfortunate event that your ordered items were undelivered, shipped in error, or arrived damaged, please contact us first, within 7 days of receipt, at 902-422-9276 during shop hours or email us at Info@DartmouthYarns.com. Please, include the order # and item description, the problem, and your desired resolution (a replacement, a refund, etc.). If we are not able to resolve the order problem remotely, we will give you a return authorization. You may then pack and mail the items back to us, including your receipt with the return authorization code. We will pay for shipping on replacement items. If a refund is in order, you will be refunded your purchase amount, and original shipping cost if any, plus the cost of return postage, with our sincere apologies.
Sometimes the colour may not match exactly or you just change your mind about your purchase. That's ok; we are happy to accept returns of eligible products within 30 calendar days from the original shipping date. All returned items must be un-opened, in original condition, with all packaging intact. Return postage for these returns will be at the buyer's expense. Please contact us first at 902-422-9276 during shop hours or email us at Info@DartmouthYarns.com. Please, include the order # and item description, plus the reason for the return. We will give you a return authorization number. You may then pack and mail the items back to us, including your receipt and the return authorization code. You will be refunded your cost for the returned item, less a shipping adjustment if the item contributed to free shipping.
Items may also be returned in-person to the shop.
